Join in for an hour of intentional connection with your body, and your baby. This Mama Baby Yoga class is a perfect time to slow down, tune in to your breath, and move your body.

This is a new mom friendly class, so you don’t have to worry about taking breaks to tend to your baby’s needs along the way. It’s about connecting with a community of other mamas as well as yourself.
